Spaghetti Stuffed Garlic Bread Recipe (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

Bread Loaf

Choose a fresh Italian or French bread loaf that is sturdy enough to hold the pasta filling without crumbling. A 12-inch loaf works perfectly.

Cooked Spaghetti

Use 2 cups of cooked spaghetti. Leftovers are great for this recipe—just make sure the pasta is well-drained to avoid soggy bread.

Marinara Sauce

Add 1 cup of marinara sauce to mix with the pasta. Homemade or high-quality store-bought sauces both work well.

Mozzarella Cheese

Shredded mozzarella cheese (about 1 cup) gives the filling a gooey, stretchy texture that pairs perfectly with garlic bread.

Garlic Butter

Mix ½ cup softened butter with minced garlic and fresh parsley to create an irresistible garlic butter spread for the bread topping.

Parsley

Fresh parsley adds color, freshness, and flavor. Use about 2 tablespoons for garnish.

# Instructions:

  1. Preheat the Oven: Heat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Prepare the Bread: Slice the loaf in half lengthwise and hollow out the center, leaving a ½-inch border.
  3. Mix the Filling: In a bowl, combine cooked spaghetti, marinara, and mozzarella until evenly coated.
  4. Stuff the Bread: Fill each half of the bread with the spaghetti mixture and press gently.
  5. Brush with Garlic Butter: Spread the garlic butter mixture over the tops of the loaves.
  6. Bake: Place on a baking tray lined with parchment and bake for 15–20 minutes until golden and crispy.
  7. Serve: Garnish with parsley, slice, and serve hot.
